Product Introduction
This high temperature resistant bentonite waterproof blanket is specifically engineered for demanding high-temperature environments. Manufactured using modified bentonite with exceptional temperature resistance and high-temperature stable geotextile materials, this product maintains optimal water-swelling performance and structural integrity at temperatures up to 150℃. The specialized geotextile components resist melting and decomposition, making this solution ideal for waterproofing applications in high-temperature industrial conditions.

Application Fields

Product Installation Guidelines
  • Base Surface Preparation: Pre-treat base surfaces with heat insulation and anti-corrosion measures in high-temperature areas. Ensure base surface temperature remains below 50℃ during installation
  • Laying Procedures: Install the bentonite waterproof blanket in cool environments whenever possible, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature conditions. Increase overlap width to 25cm to ensure reliable connection impermeability
  • Fixing and Sealing: Utilize high-temperature resistant fasteners (stainless steel nails) for secure installation. Seal edges and joints with high-temperature bentonite sealant to prevent hot air and water vapor infiltration
  • Post-Construction Verification: Conduct thermal insulation testing after installation to verify waterproof layer integrity. Proceed with subsequent thermal insulation layer construction only after successful testing
