Our high-performance non-woven PP Geotextile is engineered from 100% polypropylene filaments, utilizing a advanced needle-punching process to create a durable, permeable fabric. This structure provides exceptional tensile strength and elongation, making it highly resistant to punctures and tears during installation and service. Its primary function is to act as a reliable separator between distinct soil layers, such as soft subgrade and aggregate base, preventing their intermixing. Simultaneously, its uniform pore structure allows for efficient water flow (filtration), preventing pore pressure build-up. The fabric also serves as a protective cushion, shielding delicate geomembranes from sharp objects in the subsoil.

Application Scenarios:

  • Separation in Unpaved Roads: Prevents fine-grained subsoil from mixing with the coarse aggregate base, maintaining the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of the road.
